Working with the Dragons Rugby Team

I must admit, when I was setting up the business I did wonder if I would have the opportunity to work with the Dragons Rugby Team which is the professional rugby team for my area of South Wales.

Having plucked up the courage to contact them, I now partake in one of their treatment sessions on a weekly basis, working with the first team players and long term injured, providing soft tissue services to help reduce muscle tension and support the players journey back to full fitness.

Everyone is so welcoming and friendly; working with the Dragons has taught me if there is something you want to do but have been “putting it off”, take a deep breath and go for it. You may be pleasantly surprised with the result!
